Brewers are running out of outs

Dodgers reliever Ryan Madson retired Mike Moustakas and Erik Kratz for the first two outs of the seventh inning before Orlando Arcia’s single chased Madson.

With left-handed ace Clayton Kershaw still available, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts brought on closer Kenley Jansen for what might be a seven-out save.

Jansen struck out pinch-hitter Curtis Granderson on a pitch in the dirt for the final out.

The Brewers trail, 5-1, in Game 7 of the National League Championship Series. The winner advances to the World Series against the Boston Red Sox.
