Brewers reveal broadcast schedule for spring

MILWAUKEE — Coming off the third League Championship Collection look in franchise record, the Brewers on Wednesday unveiled a beefed-up Spring Training broadcast routine that features 14 telecasts and 19 game titles on in excess of-the-air radio.

The 14 television game titles will air on Fox Sporting activities Wisconsin, starting up Feb. 25 versus the Angels. The radio slate is split between 15 game titles on WTMJ 620 AM and four on 94.5 ESPN FM, commencing with the Brewers’ Cactus League opener on Feb. 23 versus the rival Cubs.

Eight additional game titles will air exclusively at MLB.com through webcast, with a blend of the Brewers’ radio and television voices handling the connect with. That features both of those of the Brewers’ exhibition game titles versus the Blue Jays in Montreal to near the spring slate.

Hall of Fame announcer Bob Uecker will at the time once again staff with Jeff Levering and Lane Grindle on radio broadcasts in 2019. Monthly bill Schroeder will provide as the key analyst from the Tv booth and will be joined by participate in-by-participate in announcers Brian Anderson and Craig Coshun. Sophia Minnaert will deal with sideline-reporting responsibilities.

The Brewers are commencing a new era this spring immediately after a $60 million-additionally renovation of what was termed Maryvale Baseball Park but has been renamed Brewers Fields of Phoenix. The initial residence game there — Feb. 26 versus the Padres at 2:05 p.m. CT — will air on FSW and on WTMJ radio.
